Additional Services and Rentals
Additional Services
- Provide a Bartender to serve your host bar. Cost is $35/hour for beer and wine, with a minimum of 4 hours. Bartender will set up, serve and clean up the bar area. We also supply ice chests and ice to chill the beverages. This charge includes a table and linen to serve off of, and plastic cups for the beer/wine.
- Provide decorations for your themed event. Cost is $250. Decoration type depends on theme. Please talk to sale associate for more details.
- Provide Floral Arrangements. Cost is $55 a centerpiece.
- Provide Amplified Music for your event. A large variety of music is provided, and can be themed to the event. We are not a DJ, and cannot take requests. Cost is $150.
Available Rentals
- Rent tables and chairs for your guests. Cost is $35/table* – seats 8, *Additional Fees for Set Up
- Provide table linens for the guests’ tables. Cost is $15/table*. You are responsible for any damaged clothes.
- Provide cocktail tables with a linen and sash. Cost is $35/each
- Provide China Plate, Fork, Knife and Linen Napkin. Cost is $3.50/set, *Plated Dinners Require more Serving pieces, additional fees apply
- Provide Glassware. Cost is $1/glass
*Pricing associated with rental costs may change without notice due to, but not limited to the following reasons: Early set up/delivery; After hours pick-up or next day pick up; Damaged products; Extra labor to set them up; Change in pricing from the Rental Company, etc…
